Reporting a policy violation
Activerse.app Ltd. declares that it has implemented an internal procedure for reporting legal violations, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 14, 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers. If you intend to report a violation of law to Activerse.app Ltd., please send a written notification by traditional postal mail (letter) to Activerse.app Ltd., Głogowska 31/33, 60-702 Poznań, with the note: „Legal violation report” or „Whistleblower” or „To the attention of the HR Manager”. Violations can only be reported in writing (in the form of a paper document), by filling out a form, which can be downloaded below.

The report needs to be signed by the whistleblower, as Activerse.app Ltd. does not consider anonymous reports.
